Tip Tuesday: Tame the Frizz
Tip Tuesday:
{Taming Frizzy Hair}
Frizzy Hair can be so frustrating. Here are my tips on taming your frizzy hair:
Before washing your hair, brush through it. Trying to untangle your hair in the shower will break you hair & cause damage. Sometimes the only way to get rid of that damaged hair is to chop it off!
Wash your hair with the right products. Frizzyness often comes from dry hair. Try & use products made to hydrate & moisturize your hair.
{Herbal Essences: Hydralicious Shampoo & Conditioner}
It can just be that your hair is naturally frizzy. So you would need to wash your hair with products designed to minimize & reduce natural frizz in hair.
AVON: Frizz Control Shampoo & Conditioner
Frizzy Hair can also be caused by damage caused by styling with heat tools.
When Blow drying you should always use a heat protectant or better yet a blow dry lotion.

Bed Head: Super Star
TRESsemme: Heat Tammer Spray
TRESsemme: Heat Defense Spray
Although, if you don' want to use any heat while drying your hair you can towel dry or simply air dry your hair. You need to put in anti-frizz serums in your hair so the frizz doesn't show. If you have the time to let your hair air dry in the morning this is great. This way you don't use any heat.
Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Serum
John Frieda: Frizz-Ease Hair Serum
AVON: Anti-frizz serum with Lotus Shield
Also when your styling you can minimize frizz by adding moisture products & anti-frizz products. Don't add to many though, your hair could end up looking sleek & really greasy!
TRESemme: Frizz Shield Hairspray
TRESemme: Anti-frizz shine spray
CHI: Silk Infusion Serum
PUREOLOGY: Anti-fade serum
PUREOLOGY: Texture Twist Pomade
abba: Pure Pomade

Ballet/Dance Beauty Series Intro.
When I originally brainstormed this series I was thinking I would do it for ballet only. I decided that not everyone takes ballet so this is a series for any kind of dance, pilaties & yoga & zumba, this can also work for any work out classes you take, you can even wear this on a regular bases. Everything is based on a ballet theme though.
