Friday Facial??

There are so many DIY face masks that you can do at home. The best part is, most of them you usually use things that are already in your pantry. This one is awesome. I could defiantly tell a difference so I needed to share it with you guys!  The little thing in this mask that makes the magic happen is called salicylic acid.

This mask will work wonders on anyone but for you lovely people who have sensitive skin, this mask will soon be your best friend. Sometimes people who have sensitive skin can't exfoliate because it irritates your skin too much. The aspirin works to clean out your pores and kill the bacteria that causes acne with out the irritation of exfoliating. With out further a do, here is how you make it!

Step 1:

All you will need is three aspirin tablets and some water. You can mix this in a small bowl or just in your hand. A few drops of water will be perfect.

Step 2:
Next start pressing the aspirin into your hand. Because it devolves in water and there is no binding agent, it should fall apart quite easily.

Step 4:
Apply to your face and then let it sit for five minutes. Rinse it off, pat your face dry and then apply your favorite moisturizer. Now you have completed you at home mini peel. You will defiantly be able to tell the difference. Enjoy your Friday facial and have a safe and fun weekend!!

DIY: Eyeliner

Here is a little tip on eyeliner. Eyeliner is a product is usually pretty inexpensive. Here is a fun and easy way to make eyeliner using house hold items. You don't even need to use charcoal. Just mix an old or broken black eye shadow with some aloe, then put it into a small container.

I hope you enjoyed this DIY!

Tip Tuesday: Eyebrow Color

I haven't done a tip Tuesday in forever so I thought now might be a good time to get back into the habit!
eyebrows

Everyone has different eyebrow shape and filling in your brows can be a dilemma and so can finding your perfect color. There are different ways you can do it. Gels, pencils, powders, and dyes. Still there are so many colors. Here are my tips:
Gwen, oh Gwen...
Platinum hair colors:
Stay close to your natural hair color. Avoid warm hues. Usually you are going for a dark blonde brow. Go towards a cool beige color.

beautiful silver hair!
Silver hair colors:
Ash blonde colors will be be the best for you!

redhead, red heads, ginger, red hair!
Red heads:
Avoid reds or orange colors at all costs. I know it sounds crazy because that is your natural color but trust me. If your eyebrows are naturally light, stick to a dark blonde color. If they are darker than that go with a light brown.

love this look for brunettes.
Brunettes:
For my fellow brunettes, we have it simple. Stick as close to your natural brow color as possible. Same goes for you black haired girls

I hope that these tips were helpful for you,

Add Some Color!

This is a good idea for my fellow color poppers. I love wearing really basic outfits and adding pops of color like shoes, belts, headbands, nail polish, rings, necklaces, etc.

bobby pins
Sometimes it's hard to add those pops of color in your hair because headbands can be expensive and sometimes hair flowers can look too young.

<3
This is a great alternative because bobby pins are so cheap!

hmmm colored bobby pins??

"Super" Beachy

As I said in my beach bag post, I was in San Diego last week, of coarse I picked a beachy nail polish to bring along with me so I could do my nails.

I decided to bring Superhero by: Del Sol
If you aren't familiar with these polishes, they change colors in the sunlight. Superhero changes from this Cinderella blue to a lavander color. It is so cool to watch.

You can't see it that well but in the picture below this is the purple that it changes to.
